• Tom offers free in-home estimates.
  
  
• Tom's flexibility allows him to meet with you at a time that is most convenient for you. Appointments can be scheduled for day, night or even weekend hours.
  
  
• During your meeting with Tom, he will present a portfolio of his work and discuss any ideas you may already have. He is also glad to offer creative suggestions.
  
  
• Once Tom has an understanding as to what you would like, he will provide an estimate for the work to be completed.

-There are many variables Tom considers when pricing a project: square footage, amount of time involved, detail and complexity level (scaffold, ceilings, etc.)



• After the scope of the work and price are agreed upon, a contract will be signed by Tom and yourself, stating all of the specifics to complete the beautification of your home.
  
  
• A 25% deposit is required to schedule a date and/or to begin initial design and samples.
  
  
• It is not uncommon for Tom to be booked for several months - he works on a "first come - first served" basis.
